What personal data do we collect and why?

When you decide to shop at our store and fill in your personal information, we collect your information about you to handle and send you the orders. The information we collect is name, personal id number, address, email, phone number, order information, order history, IP address and information you provide at Customer Service. 

We collect and manage information in order to be able to handle:

  • Your purchase and delivery
  • Customer service and complaints
  • Marketing: Promotions, Offer and Inspiration.

Therefore, in order to comply with our privacy policy, we choose not to process customer service issues on Facebook or Instagram. 

Handling and storage of information:

We handle your information according to GDPR's regulations in the EU, as well as Swedish accounting rules regarding orders/receipts and VAT billing.


Our e-commerce store uses cookies on the web to collect and analyze information so that we can conduct our e-commerce, marketing and web security. You can choose to accept cookies or not. 

Other information is Swedish company using the IT-plattform Shopify, Mailchimp, Google for adwords marketing and Google Analytics. We also use marketing tools such as Instagram and Facebook. For international deliveries we use FedEx.
